For our last post, Alice and I, decided to do it together.
- Checking bank details of host families;
- Checking flags for international party on Thursday;
- Announcing in each class the match of the evening and informations concerning the bar;
- Making photocopies;
- Creating and saving files to new host families in Word and PDF;
- Changing itinerary between host families and Churchill House;
- Checking the list of games in the social club;
- Making photocopies of brochure to creating information packs, for trips organized by the Social Club;
- Sending acceptance letter to future host families;
- Preparation of tea every hour to our manager, Sue Thompson and for Dawn Ansell.
We are sad to leave the Churchill House's staff because they were really nice with us.
It was a great experience, which has enabled us to improve our English.
We appreciated to speak with a lot of people, who come to different countries.
