Dear Sirs
In order to complete my course of management studies, I am required to complete a four-week training period abroad in June with a foreign firm that will build upon my skills, interest and experience. Your firm is of particular interest to me, as it shows expertise and commitment in its domain.
I am currently enrolled in a postbaccalaureate two-year personnel assistant technical degree course at the CIFOP in Angoulême. Since September, I have studied management skills, as well as having a correct level in two foreign languages: English, Spanish. Being an apprentice at the SNCF has enabled me to develop my knowledge of this field and enhance my communication skills.
I enclose my C.V.; please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further details.
Thank you for your time and consideration and I will contact your office if I do not hear from you soon.
Hello everybody! This first week was difficult for me, but, I keep smiling!
My family is great! I love them, they really welcomed me, do everything for my comfort, are really nice, they are really really cute! They teach me to speak properly correct me and help me a lot.
As for my work, they are nice, very welcoming first contact. Except for a few people, teachers or director, you do not talk to me much, but it will come, it may be necessary from time but I get along with everyone happily!. I have not had time to propose my help because my colleague gave me one and a teacher asks me a lot of things because she did not have time to do so.
My tasks this week has had : For my colleague: - Erase small plugs (a box filled) - Write the names of the students who will soon arrive above - Make tea - Store cards with the names of the students in the planning of the corresponding host families.
For the teacher Maria: - I scan books, - I converted the exercise on the "word" software, - when she asks me, I delete paragraphs - or I create tables, but mostly I enlarged the spaces of texts hole. It also gives me the lyrics to the same thing.
I do it because it teaches blind, and the machine to the brail does not work if I do not.
Peter another teacher asked me the same thing, but he has not given me the books.
And for the Director : - She gives me the leaves with the names of students and their birthdays and I have to seize all data into an Excel spreadsheet. - Same with the name of students, the amount and the date of payment.
That's it!
See you soon !
J-22 !!! (I want come back to France, all miss me, my familly, my job, my home, all !) Courage !!
